- Different events weekly all over Melbourne & Victoria from high end corporate events, weddings, festivals, hens nights and small private parties.

- Flexibility - you choose when you work. Work /study full or part time? No problem - accept only the shifts you're able to do without permanent commitment (at least 2 Saturday nights a month). Many of our staff have been on our list for years, working when it fits in with their busy lifestyle.
What we need from you:
- Resume & cover letter
- Reliability, trustworthy, competent
- Your own vehicle (bigger the better)
- Availability for at least 2 Saturday nights a month
- Bar and hospitality experience (at least 6 months)
- A passion for cocktails and excited to learn
- Ability to think outside the 'box' and eventually able to operate functions unsupervised
- Australian residents or visas longer than 1 year, fluent command of English language
- Highly personable, friendly, bubbly, fun etc etc.
