Receptionist/Office Adminstration in MOORABBIN, Victoria

A full time receptionist/administration assistant is required for a Public Accountants office in Moorabbin. The right person will be responsible for reception duties and administrative tasks which include:
• General Reception duties
• Answering Phones
• Making appointments
• Filing
• Using Word/Excel
• Meeting and greeting clients in a efficient and polite manner
• Managing incoming and outgoing mail
• All clerical duties including typing correspondence, scanning, photocopying etc.
The successful candidate will require:
• Excellent telephone manner, clear, polite, professional and customer focused
• Excellent Communication Skills (written and verbal)
• Excellent attention to detail
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills with accurate typing and data entry
• Well groomed and presented
• Punctual
• Experience in a reception or administration role would be highly regarded
